Pre Season Training

PRE SEASON TRAINING

Gents,

Pre- season starts beginning of July with tig and pass on Monday 1st July to get the blood pumping and full training on the Wednesday 3rd July. Everyone will be timed on various exercises so we can see what progression is made over the first month. A barbecue has also been arranged for after training on the 3rd. Please make every effort to be there so we can hit the start of the season running.
